At Kareng Fashions, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps:
- Email us at: contact@karengfashions.com with your order number and reason for return
- Attach clear photos of the product
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions
- Ship the item back to our address once approved

4. Exchange Policy
We offer size or colour exchanges subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- The item must meet our return eligibility conditions
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are approved within 2–3 business days
- Amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos of the item to contact@karengfashions.com
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
7. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
- Kareng Fashions is not responsible for items lost in transit during return
