📦 Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a small shipping fee may apply.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Email us at contact@karengfashions.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
